Jernimo Rodrguez is a Chilean filmmaker, scriptwriter, and film critic. His new film The Veteran premiered at the 2022 Berlinale Forum. He directed The Monument Hunter (FID Marseille International Competition 2015). He co-wrote the feature Much Ado About Nothing (Berlinale 2016), and also co produced Matias Pieiros The Princess of France (Locarno Film Festival 2014). As a film critic, he co-curated Tropical Uncanny: Latin American Tropes and Mythologies, a film series presented by the Guggenheim Museum and Cinema Tropical. He also programmed Flaherty NYC Spring 2013, a non-fiction film series organized by The Robert Flaherty Seminar.
